Check In

As a general rule, the room is at the guest disposal from 2pm on date of arrival. Depending on room availability, guests may be allowed an early check in. It is always possible to leave the luggage at the reception while waiting for an available room.

Check-out

The room must be made available by 12 noon at the latest on date of departure, unless a different agreement has been previously reached with the hotel administration.

Reservations

Reservations will be kept until 6pm on date of arrival, unless reconfirmed in the previous 48 hours or unless agreement on a later arrival time has been previously reached with the hotel administration .

Reservations will be kept until the morning following the expected date of arrival if at least 50% of the room price has been deposited in advance on the bank account 00311103-6 , BAC, Granada branch. Please, email or fax the transaction number to confirm payment.

In Europe, an Italian bank can be used for payments made in advance.
